I have never done this before, but someone in cornsnakes always puts her snakes in the tub together and takes pics. They seem to enjoy it, and it's a good way to get them all in one place for comparison, so I thought, "why not ( Read more... )

I was really pleased with how behaved they all were. Everyone was cute and easy to control. Yeah, I love that they're all so different too.

Sammy my sweet,
based on your posts... I really feel like we are so very much alike. I mean who else would narrate tons of pics of the ones you love? Seriously, you'll be a great mom, if you so chose to have little ones of your same speicies ;). You are so filled with love.

You crack me up and I love the pics.
I had several snakes growing up myself. My dad would once in a while find a snake basking in the sun in the road and being the animal lover he is he would not run the snakey over, but pull over and usually bring it home to me (if it wasn't poisonous of course). He would just toss the poisonous ones out of the road so they wouldn't be run over. I had once I named "mousey" once. I figured at around six years old, if I called it something it liked to eat, it would come to me. I'd lay in the grass in the front yard on my belly with my chin on the ground and call his name and he'd always end up at my nose. That's my cute snake story.

moral of the story: we need to hang out more.

Aww, that's such a sweet thing to say. I do plan to have human children *someday*, and I hope I will be a good mom.

That's such a cute story! Do you have any idea what kinds of snakes they were? And I love your 6-year-old reasoning skills with the naming! Haha!

Yeah, we should! Being in diff. states makes that tough, of course...but in the meantime I enjoy reconnecting with you via LJ. =)

OH YEAH. You don't realize how much until you put him next to the little 'uns.....and in a tub, which you know the length and size of.
