It's such a momentous day, and I couldn't be happier. There's a long road ahead for lgbtqiia rights, but this is a pretty big win.

We've come so far since the Stonewall Riots, and I am proud of that fact (maybe not so proud that folks are having to fight for rights in the first place).

I won't lie, I grinned from ear to ear when I heard the news. :)

And I have to admit that the fact that some bigots have been threatening to move to Canada to escape marriage equality has really tickled my funny bone. After all, same-gender marriage has been legal here for a decade!
