Chin up, I get rejected all the time. But perhaps it's because my pick up lines start with "what's up girl". Seriously though, I've had a huge patch of self doubt since I left Charleston last summer and I can feel the frustration. I've had one bad relationship after another and I finally have kinda given up in the meantime. When I finally transfer to a four year school maybe I'll have better luck. Finding a girl with a strange sense of humor that can tolerate my eccentricies and my horrible jokes and strange taste of music AND marry a guy who will enter the ministry and be poor in money but rich in spirit his adult life is very hard to find.

Hey trace! Thanks for the encouragement...well not that your discouragement is encouraging. It did make my day that someone still reads my journal and cares enough to post. You will definitely find someone if you are looking. Seek and ye shall find...I have to tell myself that now. Hope you are doing well.

Mary, I think you are one of the most amazing people I have every met! I haven't had the joy of spending more time getting to know you, but what I have seen is that...You are an awesome woman of God, you are talented, beautiful, sweet, and quite frankly...I think guys don't think they are good enough. Most of them aren't! You are God's precious one, and He is preparing His 'earthly representative' to take care of you until Jesus returns. =)
