yea so laurens all stressed because her parents found out about us...they just came doenstairs and was like we need to know whats going on with this relationship,.... it was sooo out of nowhere ..like they are never even there.. well anyways now im like not allowed at her house... it really sucks cuz weve def. been together over a year .. her dads

I know you both we really scared about them finding out and i'm sorry they found out that way. But maybe you can see the good in it I mean it's finally off your chests but give her mom some time. All through highschool my aunt was a lesbian and the main thing was my grandparents were strict catholics so she knew she could never say anything so she went to college far away. Once my grandparents passed away she wrote a note to all my family members and explained it and it was a shock to some of my family members and my dad at first didn't agree with it but he told her that he'd always love her and respects her decisons. I guess you have to give people time. But Lauren's mom will come around plus Lauren's going to be 18 in the fall so it's a few more months. I don't know what else to say it's kind of a sucky situation but I just wanted to let you know I read it and I care.

Honey, I know totally where you are at with this. My Mom and Dad won't even speak to me, they haven't in 6 months. Neither of them wants anything to do with my partner at all.
