A/N: 100 words dedicated with belated birthday wishes to florencia7 and (slightly) early birthday wishes to pearlseed.
'Tis no secret Jack's fav'rite pursuit is pursuit: fat-bellied merchant ships, buried treasures, and 'specially comely (and accommodatin') wenches.
One could make argument which quarry Jack loves best. Indeed, his preference seems to change, whim-like, dependin' on which's closest t'hand any given moment. And were ye t'ask him point-blank, odds are yer question would go unanswered, save fer a canary-cat's grin.
But those of us as know him best t'would say t'were th'ladies- or rather one partic'lar lady who's captured Jack's ongoin' fancy, nigh as much as Pearl herself.
Guv'ner's daughter, Pirate King, Ferryman's bride…
