He should’ve known better… seen right through her feigned innocence. Hadn’t he learnt his lesson the first time? Yet, he’d fallen (again!) for her doe-eyed trickery, like some gullible, love-starved, cock-teased whelp... and this time she hadn't needed rum and a bonfire!
"Next time, Lizzie," he growled, "I'll look squarely into your face, wrap me hands 'round your lovely throat, and…
