Oh, that Mali piece is just fucking fine! One of my Facebook friends in the States just posted that the district let ALL their teachers go and made them re-apply for their jobs. It was supposedly about quality in education, but was really a show-off by a local politician for the voters. You know, to show that he wouldn't let a bunch of lazy babysitters suck up hard-earned tax dollars without having to work for it.

Cause you know, $29,000 a year is profligate for baby sitting services, you know? Real mean, I say REAL men, do real men jobs like foreclose on mortgages.
