Depending on how much your strength is increasing, you might want to be careful even with machines, until you know just how much force is behind your punches and kicks. -John
Actually, in light of the prior comment, I do have to confess that this post made me wonder -- how much *is* your strength changing? I assume you're still working out regularly even if you're not doing TKD; do you find now that you're having to modify what you do?
Um, well I am slamming doors on accident a lot lately, I swear I don't mean to slam them...it just happens. Other than that, some things are easier to lift, but it's not a lot yet. Ame is working on posting some pictures of me pre-t, 1 month and 2 months of my muscles and hair so you can see my abs and biceps are looking better.
Hi, this is Ame (Stacey's girlfriend). I can say from our little playful wrestling that he is significantly stronger. And, from holding him on my back that he is... while not exactly bigger, more dense. Oh, we should be doing weigh-ins each month. Thanks for the idea. Anyway, those pictures colt was talking about are now online at his website-- http://www.staceymeier.com/photos.html
