It's been a long day of interviews and meet and greets, followed by an even longer night of more interviews and then their show, and Liam is so wiped that he thinks he could probably fall asleep standing, if he tried. He trudges to the bus, hair wet and sticking to his forehead from his post-show shower, and he has every intention of climbing onto the bus and into his bunk, but then he sees, just off to the side, the bright red of a cigarette cherry, and Liam's feet change direction without him even realizing it

Liam has no clue what he'd say in a situation like this, and so he doesn't say anything at all.
