I'm currently attempting to make marmalade from the mikan in our yard. The recipe I'm following requires a lot of simmering and I've been working on this all day. I also need to babysit it, so I've moved my laptop to the kitchen counter

I miss eating mikan. It was my only source of something healthy when I was in Japan with my best friend. lol!

The marmalade...if it turns out okay. Never made any kind of preserves before, so I have no idea who it's going to go.

My mom has sensitive skin too and she's okay, so I figure most people would be okay. But yeah! Our loofah are also 100% organic. (^_^)v
It's such an amazingly convenient plant. (^_^)
