Annnd, I was right. All my health problems got worse and worse (joint pain, nerve pain on the left side, hysterical crying, high anxiety, back pain, digestive issues etc.) and then spontaneously resolved this morning with the arrival of my period. Sigh. I think this is a thing now. I made a doctor appointment for my nose, so I guess I'll make one

My hand pain definitely gets worse in the leadup to my period.

Let me know what the doc says about your nose. I"m starting to wonder if I have that too. My nose doesn't get occluded but I do seem to have crusts in there. And my nose bleeds if I remove the crusts.
