I got my hearing aid on Wednesday. The audiologist was wonderful. She practiced talking on the phone with me by going in the other room and took me into different environments and showed me how to adjust the controls. After putting on the aid, the tinnitus in my left ear stopped completely. I sat in the car in the parking lot and cried. I'm not

I was surprised to read all of the things you could not hear! I have super good hearing, too good and I guess I take it for granted.

Your book sounds good, I think I will add it to my B&N wish list :-)

And how fun to meet another artist in the area, I love when that happens.
