Thanks. The thing about motherhood is that I always feel like I could be doing a better job no matter how good of a job I'm doing because nobody really agrees on what exactly a parent should do or how they should do it. I have many moments when Alice is laughing at me crying or purposely doing something that she knows bothers me when I feel like I'm really messing up. But then other times, she will cuddle in my lap and tell me she loves me and I'll think maybe it's not so bad. It's nice to hear someone tell me I'm doing a good job every once in awhile.

I'm glad both your interviews went well! I've always been told that the salaries in CA are higher because the cost of living is so much higher. But I know you're ready for a change and I hope a positive one comes soon.
