Howl's moving castle. I was so moved, I think I had forgotten what it was like to be moved! I want to love everybody! All it is, is Love! And you don't have to wish you were in the fantasy with Sophie and Calsifur and Hal, the fantasy's real! You just have to Love, it's so easy! I feel like singing!! Glory! Glory! Glory!

I wonder which message came across to you most strongly with it. I'm into making new friends at the moment; it's great that we like Ghibli. What do you do with yourself?

I'm glad you're out of the woods with your problems. Hope keeps us going then, I suppose.

Sorry for the not-neat-at-all letter. Blame exams. Why "Wan-An"? When you sent this message, it was kind of my 2:41 pm.

I love Howl's Moving Castle, it's such a great film. I haven't seen it in ages, I really want to watch it again now though.

I think the Merlin story is used for some of its base... I love how he's the wizard who can't care enough for worldly affairs, so he shuts himself away in secret, and only interferes for fun. Christian Bale does the voice over - which is very cool - and the english female parts were delivered very well, I thought. They reminded me of people in parts in Youth Theatre, from before.

The voice acting in that one is great, I agree. The film was based in the book by the same name, but I can see where it was influenced by Merlin and other great fantasy stories!

I will search out that book; I didn't know, and I'm always looking for good fantasy in English.

Did you ever read The Once and Future King? You might like it, if you haven't. Merlin gets old, backwards…. And of course there's the Sword in the Stone moment, as originally seen in Zelda (not really, but for me it was; do you play Zelda?) Isn't the idea of everything happening 'at once' great; how she stumbles into the past and gives Howl the impulse to find her in the future; and then, what's really the past or the future anymore?
I love the score too, and I miss being part of an orchestra (wind band, actually, but you know).
