You're right. Freedom is childishness. When you get to be an adult, yes you know what it all means, and in return you're expected to pay for it. And I will hit 30 soon. Couldn't agree more.

When bad things happen to children, they whine because of it.
"I DROPPED MY CCOOOOKKIEEE!"
"Here, have another cookie."
"*knocks it away* I don't want another cookie, I want my cookie."

I think that sort of behavior should be discouraged in children.
And encouraged in adults.
We're the ones who really have something to whine about, right?

"MY COMPUTER'S BROKEEEENNNN!"
"Here, have another computer."
"*knocks it away* I don't want another computer I want MY computer!"

I agree as well in that childishness is freedom. For that, I believe certain aspects of it should be in adults. Not the brat sort of things, but just the innocent, worry-free playfulness of most children. Sometimes you should be able to step away and stop worrying about that busload of burdens you mentioned that comes with coming of age.

*Ruffles up his hair* Just don't worry~, look at it as a kid would. Makes things so much easier.
