Basics
*Name: Ciara
*Age: 20
*Location: Rathmines, Dublin

You
*Likes: anti-folk, fry & laurie, charles bukowski, green eyes, sunflowers, 90s jumpers and t-shirts, girls with short hair, dry humour, witty comebacks, period drama, facepaint, being outdoors, writing, coffee, russia
*Dislikes: bigots, overly nice people or people who pretend to be overly nice, over photoshoped pictures, summer, killing animals, coffee, good clean fun, pepsi, feet, spiders, the dark
*List 3-5 Positive Things About Yourself: I'm smart, I think, I'm passionate, artistic, an idealist and I care about things. Maybe too much?
*List 3-5 Negative Things About Yourself: I can be a bit narcissistic, lonely, abrasive and sarcastic.
*Ambitions for the Future: I want to be a lecturer and a writer. I don't think I want to get married and have kids, but I would like to find someone amazing who I could fight with all the time. I'd love to spend my life traveling and writing about dodgy relationships.
*If you could live in any time period, what would it be and why? I'm quite happy living now, I think it's the lonliest time there's ever been but I like the decadence. I don't think I could cope with any time more conservative. Apart from now though? The 20s... Imagine living in 'The Great Gatsby', dressing in pearls and going on crazy illegal adventures. I'd do ok then I think
*Describe your idea adventure: Heee, I'd love to do something politically radical, but I'm ever so repressed! :)

Either/Or
*Passive or Aggressive: Passive Agressive, hah. I really am though, I'm intensely passive agressive. I tend not to flip out very often, I always make sarcastic vieled comments at people instead.
*Selfish or Generous: I'm, again a bit of both. I like making people happy, but I can be very self centred. I usually just want people to be mine..but that's odd, isn't it? It sounds odd. I'm not really a materialist so when it comes to things like that I love giving people things. Things don't really make me that happy. When it comes to people though, I'm selfish. But I do like making people happy.
*Old Fashioned or Modern: Modern with old fashioned sensibilities. I mean, I'm not very conservative. I've got a modern personality and modern ideals but I like old fashioned..fashion and books and things. I think it was easier to be subversive then, in an odd way.
*Do You Prefer to work: Alone or With Others: Alone, always.
*Rules are Meant to be: Broken or Followed: Broken! Always, again. I don't really understand rules. They're so boring.

The Book/Movie and You
*Do you prefer the book or movie? The Book, though I have to say I do love all the movie versions in their own ways. The cast is wonderful for the 1994 version, I love Winona as Jo, and Christian Bale! Gabrial Byrne! Okay, I'll stop fangirling the cast. I'm not that hostile to movie adaptations, I know a lot of people can be. I think I'm comfortable enough with books to keep them seperate in my head, I still have my own versions of the characters in there despite the films. So then I can just enjoy the movies for what they are! Lovely things.
*Favorite film version/actor or actress from a certain version: Hm. I think Christian Bale as Laurie...and actually Peter Lawford as Laurie, though they couldn't be more different from eachother. I love Christian because he's perfect to watch. his face is so expressive, though the nerves in it seem to have died in Batman, eh? I love his eyes and the way they get angry and...God, he's so Laurie. For Peter lawford, it's the voice.
*Who is your favorite character and why? Bhaer! He's nothing like anyone I know and nothing like me and usually, being a narcissist, that alienates me from a character, but he's like the professor I want. I just want to know someone like him, so smart and sensitive. Usually really sensitive people feel weak to me, at least ones who are so open with their sentiments. I like digging to get to know people, he seems to open. But I love that in him, oddly enough.
*Who is your least favorite character and why? Meg - she's so... I just don't get anything about her.
*Do you have a favorite part of the movie? I love the party when Jo and Laurie dance and I also love the scene in the Opera with Bhaer and Jo...I'm a romantic really. I also LOVE the way Laurie says "I wouldn't" when he proposes. The way he breaks the syllables. It's lovely.
*Favorite quote and why?
*If Jo were to write a thrilling operatic tragedy, what kind of character would you like to play? (i.e.: the damsel in distress, the hero, the villain, a magical creature such as a troll or hag, etc.) Awesome question! The villain of course! The "badguys" are always the most interesting. I'd much rather know why someone decides to do something wrong than why they do something right. I like flawed characters, they're interesting. Nice people are boring.
