*List 3-5 Negative Things About Yourself: Anxious, Nervous, Tense, Insecure, Moody
*Ambitions for the Future: I want to graduate college and become a history teacher. I want to, at that point, find an apartment for myself and get a dog, then I would like to settle down and get married with a family of my own. Preferably marry a good, even-tempered doctor, lawyer, or fellow teacher, because of the job (not the money), I think they’re incredibly noble professions.
*If you could live in any time period, what would it be and why? The second Napoleonic empire. It was a beautiful time for France and under Napoleon II the family was very tight and society was beautiful. Paris became the city it is today and all the things that
*Describe your idea adventure: I don't really like adventures, but if I had to go on one, I suppose it would have to be a safe one that's driven by love or knowledge. Anything else really wouldn't get me to go on such a thing!
Either/Or
*Passive or Aggressive: I’m definitely passive. I don’t like conflict.
*Selfish or Generous: Generous. I would rather give as much as possible because living life for only one’s self seems rather empty.
*Old Fashioned or Modern: More old fashioned, really. I like the way things are and enjoy the ideal family life and all the things that come with it.
*Do You Prefer to work: Alone or With Others: With others. As a future teacher, I like to collaborate and work with a bunch of people to make sure everyone’s getting the most of what we’re doing.
*Rules are Meant to be: Broken or Followed: Followed, unless they’re bad rules. Bad rules would be ones that prevent good things from happening - and in that case, they can be broken.
The Book/Movie and You
*Do you prefer the book or movie? I love the book and the musical!
*Favorite film version/actor or actress from a certain version: I actually want to go with musical on this one, and Sutton Foster as Jo is my favorite actress. I just think she’s incredibly talented and her voice is amazing!
*Who is your favorite character and why? Meg and Beth. I like Meg's peace keeping and Beth's sweetness.
*Who is your least favorite character and why? Aunt March, she’s so… cold.
*Do you have a favorite part of the movie? Not in particular that I can directly recall. But, I loved it.
*Favorite quote and why? Amy says “I don't wanna die. I've never even been kissed. I've waited my whole to be kissed, and what if I miss it?” Then, Laurie replies, “I tell you what. I promise to kiss you before you die,” and that just struck me. I love it so much.
*If Jo were to write a thrilling operatic tragedy, what kind of character would you like to play? (i.e.: the damsel in distress, the hero, the villain, a magical creature such as a troll or hag, etc.) Oh! If I could be in the operatic tragedy, I’d want to be the damsel! I never get to be a damsel for real, I’m more of a side kick, so I feel like it’d be a fun change of pace. Plus, then I’d get the love story I crave!
