Hey, thanks for the info! My Dad has a great Pizza book from Williams Sonoma, I need to have him bring it down when my parents visit in a few weeks. There is a great Potato Pizza Dough recipe in it, and it is great with a Spinach and Goat Cheese topping (it tastes much better than it sounds, I promise).
