i had to read it twice to get the typo...
wild rose is a canadian company that makes various different cleanse programs. the Herbal D-Tox is a 12 day program where you take a bunch of herb (in the form of pills & tinctures) at breakfast & dinner that target yr liver and digestive system to flush out toxins. you can eat what you want from the chart they supply. no porc, no fried foods, no dairy, no wheat, no tropical or dried fruit, no sugar, no alcohol....lots of salads, brown rice, fish, almonds etc... much easier than the master cleanse (the fast where you only drink lemonade)
