The army has counseling services online. I've been listening to military family help cds all day. :-/ It's nice to hear other people who aren't depressed (now) talking about having felt the same way I do. The advice isn't that good though. why is this so hard? I can't literally need him in order to live. I'm falling, though, friends. And I'm scared at how fast it is. I don't know how to get out of this. I can't seem to stop crying. I'm not motivated to do anything. I can't find anything to smile at. My prayers have been reduced to "please help me".

I think I have trouble relaxing. Travis and I went home to Michigan last weekend. We took a long slow supposedly carefree route. We stopped to spend the night near cincinnati, and then ended up going to a craft fair and to kayak the little Miami river before heading the rest of the way. It's getting harder to be brave, my friends. I find myself sliding into tears at random moments. Lord... I remember what it's like. Everything is dark, it's hard to breathe, and there's a constant wall of fear waiting for moments of weakness to press in. I wish he'd just stay home.
