I know the concept sounds gross, but if you saw them without knowing what they were, they looked pretty sedate and kinda cute XD Like one of those fluff/pom-pom balls. And they were really small in real life, just the size of coins :3

So much to comment on ... but first of all ... FOOOOOOD!!! Did you really finish that multilayered ice cream by yourself ... It might be tasty but I think that would be too much for me even ( ... )

Hahaha no! I shared that with my family, it was really big. The good thing is that we after trying everything we could pick flavours, like my mum liked the strawberry and I liked the melon ( ... )

The algae balls are really cute XD They look like fluff balls and are pretty small, the size of coins. And I didn't know you couldn't bring plants out of Japan, actually ( ... )

Hee! paparazzi pic/unofficial shot from one of the plays. Sorry--I picked it up somewhere, and somehow thought that it was common parlance ^^; But I'll send it along your way ^_ ( ... )

Ah I see, yeah think I saw a similar prohibition in Europe. I think it's less strict over here though, since we don't have much agriculture to speak of XD

Oh yes, I think the general advice they give to tourists is no more than 10-15 minutes in the really hot pools at once; there's always stories of tourists who stay beyond their limit and faint in the pools ^^" It is pretty amazing how light-headed I quickly got, and had to get out and walk around or head to a cooler pool.

I tried to eat the different flavours separately, until they started melting in the heat and then it was just eating as fast as I could XD I wanted to try each flavour on its own, but they melt and blend into each other at the end.

Oh you'll definitely be able to find melon caramel there, at less exorbitant prices! They're pretty good, I love them :D And there's also melon candy and I highly recommend, melon white chocolate. Sounds weird but tastes very good.

Would make a good wedding gift, I suspectThat's a good point, I hadn't thought of that, just chalked ( ... )
