Summary: Taguchi Junnosuke's faults
For all of Taguchi Junnosuke’s self professed skill with words. For all his puns and plays on words he can never truly say the right words when they are actually needed.
(He should have whispered, “It’s all right.” or “I would always choose you.”)
For all of Taguchi’s athleticism and years of dancing and tumbling. He is truly a klutz when it counts.
(He should have suavely stood and blocked him from leaving, without tea decorating his new jeans or bruises on his shins.)
For all of his smiles and easy laughter, he wears a mask of shocked blankness when the moment he has always been waiting for finally arrives.
(He should have answered the “Why do I actually like you?” with a bright sunny smile and a joyful crow of laughter.)
For all of a moment he is afraid that he has destroyed everything in his clumsiness.
(He should have pressed a soft kiss back on his mouth and clung tightly to him so that he wouldn’t have fled.)
But, for Ueda Tatsuya when he is finally kissed by Taguchi Junnosuke, who has chased him down the hall. He gets everything he ever expected.
For all of Junno’s failures he was perfect when Ueda loves him.
