having done management/hiring stuff,
i can tell you right now,
if you're lying in any way (skewing the results to what you think is in your favor) you're fucking yourself over.
within the first couple minutes of any interview, you can tell if someone doesn't match what their test questions say...

personally, I've kept people around because their interview supported the idea that they'd change how they did shit to match what we wanted...
but I've also cut people loose because what they say and what they do are different enough that we can predict the problems that will come.

if you walk into an interview with the "personality quiz" reading "go getter" and you don't do the standard "go getter" entry, red lights go off immediately. doubly so if you follow through with a "corperate drone" or similarly mindset ("I'm working 'cause I need the money, not because I love the job")

August? I've been telling you for years that there is a pattern to your mistakes and your life and the best you finally understand is "wow, it allways seems that August is bad for me". HELLO DUMBFUCK ( ... )

grade school starts in augest. you grew up in grade school and as i recall, it wasnt fun for you. so your body learned to prepare for the start of school, but then after school was out of the equation, nothing was there to train you back.

ex: room with regular lighting. has an extra light that is red. also has a black rubber pad on the floor. the regular floor is rigged to send a light electrical shock though.

you put a dog in the room.
when the red light turns on and then the floor electifies, thus hurting the dog. eventually after a few times of this, the dog learns that the black mat is safe from the electricity. and after a few more times the dog is now trained to jump on the black mat whenever it sees the red light turn one.
cue the lack of electricity.
now even though there is no current to hurt the dog, it will still jump onto the black mat when the light goes on.
this goes on forever more, or if someone shows the dog a few times that the floor is safe when the red light is on.
