They are already working on that, not sure it will pass, but time will tell.

End Bank based inflation, replace it with Government funding inflation, where the govt generates an additional 5% of what it takes in taxation each year, distribute this to all Americans (evenly distributed).

Er, that wouldn't solve the immediate problem I suppose.
