hello one and all,
   Well I am wanted to say that  I am going to make my life a bit more public. As you can see that this is a going to be a public invite to my life and I am hoping to uncross my arms and try to hug my fellow person. For years I have been fighting the need to shut myself up from the world, but all I am doing is shutting myself out
