as I'm less distracted by irrelevant things like characters or plot or language, or, in particularly exciting moments, breathing.

Hee. And that answers that. :)

Yes, when you're contemplating a wet, clinging shirt, particularly one clinging to Colin Firth and backlit by golden light, oxygen isn't really necessary, is it? :D

"...a 207-chapter epic..."

I'm impressed that you then created an epic in two sentences. Bravo!

Well, they're long sentences. Maybe we should write an epic entirely in haikus:

Shame Voldemort won
Just because that last horcrux
Got lost in the mail.

Erm, maybe not.

How can Harry win?
Someone is coming to help!
Oh damn, a house elf...

RPGs sooo get in the way of the fantasy. Mmm, Colin.

I think yours is the most amusing username meme yet! Lydia would most definitely be a fanfic writer.

Mmm, Colin.

OMG, yes. I haven't seen the new P&P movie yet, dearly as I love Kiera Knightley, because I'm still sulking at the very thought of any other Darcy but Colin. *petulant*

Lydia would most definitely be a fanfic writer.

Wouldn't she, though? Maybe she'd cowrite a fic with Kitty, too, only halfway through they'd have a huge fight and unfriend each other, and unfriend each other's friends. And long after they'd both stormed from the fandom in a huff, their unfinished WIP, Loves Blazing Thunder, would stand as a warning to others.

I think the new Darcy is going to be severely... lackluster. But hopefully other things will make up for it! I am going to see the new one this Sunday. Will report in full, of course.

You're so right (again!) on the Kitty/Lydia fanfic debacle. I can only imagine what their AIM conversations would be. *shudder*
