*waves* Good to see you! I'm hoping you've been absent because you are doing something good and wonderful and not for any bad reason!

From what I've heard Archive of Our Own is in good shape. I don't take it from granted that anything on the internet lasts forever, but it's got a good rep!

Something good? Um, sure. I've been hunting for a more permanent job. I got laid off January 2010 and been moving from temp job to job without much success ever since. It's funny what that'll do to one's creative impulse, all that economic insecurity. Thank goodness the Mister still has his job. And his benefits. Because, man! Otherwise we'd be in terrible shape.

It is VERY good to see you, too!!

Wow...long time, no see!

And yes, the Archive of Our Own is great. Do you have an account already? Because at the moment, while it's in long-term beta, it requires an invitation to set up an account, but I'd be happy to send you one when you're ready to start moving stories over there.

I'm good too, and yes, we're still in NYC. The kids are a lot older. Sabrina is a freshman in high school and Monica will start in September. How's your husband?

He's doing fine - still at the bank. I'm bouncing from temp job to temp job looking for permanent work.

You're still doing immigration work, right? In any event, every time immigration gets brought up, especially with politics or the election, Chris mentions you. *g*

Hi :) I'm a new reader of your fics and I really love them, especially your snapledore fics. It's one of my fav pairing and I'm so glad to have read it. They're brilliant. Just one question, I think the fic An Invitation to Dinner isn't posted fully. Is there any chance you cam post it up? I really want to finish reading it. Pretty pls~ and I hope you've managed to find a job.

Omg thanks for the link :) Tbh I was wondering if you would reply seeing as the livejournal accounts of so many from the fandom is dead. Also can I request for the isf password? Cause some fandom websites like the buggering bee and snapledore carnal carnival require the isf password which I can't get. So pretty pls?

There is no password. Just click the icon that says you solemnly swear you're up to no good and you're in.

Honestly, I'm of two minds about keeping the LJ. I scarcely complete anything anymore, so I feel like I shouldn't post, either. The vain part of me believes I would be getting people's hopes up. Then the rest of me laughs and laughs.
