Do you know what a Silpat is? Or a Colander?

This time last year, I had no idea that the word "Mandolin" wasn't just referring to an instrument in the lute family. I never considered the importance of the numbers 18/10 or 18/0. But doesn't it just FLY through all those little single beverage cups? Isn't that ridiculously expensive?
