Honestly I think it's because I told myself I'd excersize this week and I've just been eating instead.

I know an amazing young man. The way he rests his hand across his stomach and breathes so it goes up and down while he's watching tv is absolutely perfect.
Him loving me makes me feel perfect too.

ok, so i've taken my excersising a step up. and i realized something i should have realized a long time ago. It makes you hungrier, and that's OKAY! (i.e. it's not just cravings that have to be supressed) Eating will boost your metabolism. I dont want this journal to be just about the drama going on with my boyfriend and i, but he is always foremost in my thoughts. And i think he should write something in his journal because he hasn't in a long time.
