Several things to report.
I'm moving October third to an apartment.
My Driver's side mirror was busted off by a tree branch thanks to the 20-35 mph winds gusting up to 60 mph. Luckily our front yard tree was split in half and offered a great shot for my insurance claim.
I've lost my voice thanks to my sinus's acting up.

5. It's a third story, and 800 sq. ft. 1bed w/ den(which will be my office.) only six apartments per building. I'm above the office, which mean I'll only contend with four other families and it's right next to the pool and mail boxes.
