Solve by completing the square. [that 2 is squaring the x not multiplying]
2. 8x2 > 2x + 21

the 2 on the first part is squaring it, and both the 3's on the bottom are cubing it...not multiplying.
3. find the equation of the parabola that has the following: vertex (2,-1) and passes through point (5,4). also, identify the focus.
