After less than 24 hours on the market, we have an offer on the house sight unseen.  The contract is, of course, contingent on seeing the house but it is fair and the only thing we are really asking for is a later close of escrow date.  They will be looking at the house today and we should know if they accept our counter offer very soon.  Here's

Thanks! That offer seems to have gone un-responsive since we made our counter proposal. Dunno if that is due to the weekend being a holiday one, or if they have lost interest. However, I have more 2 more contracts that I am about to go over to have a look at.
