The democrats, like me, are in mourning of the poor decision made by this nation.
Why Kerry? Well, it's a bit late for campaigning, but I feel I need to get my reasons out, since I haven't screamed my ideals out yet.
Okay. Bush. Mr. Oops I couldn't find Osama so lets use Saddam for a scapegoat and bomb Iraq to flex the US's muscles and win me a victory so people will be happy. Not to mention I'll go down in history books as the dude who straightened out the middle east. Has someone overlooked the declining economy??? Hello, Mr. President my school is becoming ghetto because of budget cuts and there is no chance of a diligent student like me going to college because my hard working immigrant family has not the money like you to send me to college because you are spending all their taxes on 'fixing' up the middle east.
And hello, is it better to vote for a person because they are concerned with gay marital issues, and a woman's right to choose? And the people who voted for him because he's more Christian than Kerry. Shame on you. Does religion really overrule the fact that he's not doing anything to benefit the nation at all? Heck, I'm not Christian and I'm outraged at how he got the midwest just like that. All that stuff about "If you're not Christian, then you'll go to hell" is really irking me. (though I respect the religion, like I would any other) Banning gay marriages = discrimination. Dude, like 1/7 of the population is gay. We think we'd be more open minded. And abortions. Heck, what happens if a woman's life is threatened? Kill the mom? Raped? Then the child would grow up and get adopted by some one and go on the "search for his true parents." When he finds the mother, what would she say? "Oh dearie, I was raped. It's nothing. My you look more like daddy every day." Oh dear that sounds like a soap opera. Now excuse me, I need to go write a novel about Johnny's quest for his mother Jane who was raped at age 14 by Bob who is currently trying to marry Richard but can't.
