I think that during my career at Convergys I could probably just about write a book using all of the weird/fucking hilarious calls as material. At this point just about all I would need is a title and I could write a ten page long editorial at the very least. I'm torn between "Thank You For Calling: A Man Pushed Over the Edge", "Troubleshooting
