Last Wednesday, my Mom was diagnosed with Lymphoma. I've never been this scared in my entire life & I'm just wondering what should I expect to happen.

It all depends on what type she has. She will undergo testing and meetings with various doctors. where is she being treated at? I am a two time lymphoma survivor and was treated at MD Anderson with a stem cell. Just remeber to ask all the questions you have and if you arent at the drs right then and there make a notebook with questions to ask.

She is going to the Hillman Cancer Center in Pittsburgh.

I would also suggest finding a support group. There should be some through the hospital.

It depends on which type of lymphoma she has. Hodgkins v. Non-Hodgkins, what type of cells, what staging etc ( ... )

I can relate to your fear.
My mother was diagnosed with lymphoma June 2005. They were able to catch it at an early stage.

At what stage did they catch your mothers cancer in?
