also - no refined flour, no refined sugar ! that's what i've been doing with groceries lately, kinda like the second phase of the south beach diet.

also, diet soda tastes like shit and there's no way around it. i've been drinking a lot of crystal light.

my wasit line could use some reduction, anyone need an inertube for the swimming pool? i seem to have one stuck under my skin.
