I've been in therapy and it does help but even my therapist has said that losing someone as close as Kat was to me to something like suicide will always be a source of pain and anguish because she didn't leave an explanation or note or anything so there are still so many unresolved issues I have with it.

Thank you for reading and commenting.

My heart breaks for you and yours. Well told, and a fitting tribute to your friends.

Thank you for reading. And I'm glad you thought it was a fitting tribute. I just hope I've done Kat proud and let people know what suicide does to those left behind.

I believe you've done just that. I've been fortunate enough that those around me who have attempted, have failed and are still with us. There's always a better day on the other side of that darkest one, so long as you're still around to see it.

There really aren't words adequate for the pain you're suffering. But I'm so sorry for your loss and do hope that you can find peace and healing.

Thank you. Believe it or not, talking about Kat like this has helped more than I could've imagined.
