Someone already has an offer in on the condo. It looks like everything's going to work out on this deal, but the realtor will call me if it falls through. It got snatched up just this last weekend. Tom has this crazy notion he'd like to live there for a while. Though now he's saying he wouldn't mind just visiting.

tell tom hes crazy if he wants to LIVE in alaska.....to visit ya thats fine,just not in the middle of winter and not the interior....unless you really wanna see the northern lights,but even then the best months to do that are september and march cuz in the middle of winter there is often ice fog and you cant see the sky. anchorage is wonderful though oh i love it there!
