wow als! i'd flip out if i were u! so basically, u can't drink or smoke outside all yr!?!?! i'd let him have it and then bring my lawyer into it, i.e. u signed a contract already that said nothing about that stuff and u would never have signed a lease living there if warren had previously prohibited it! -- also what ksc student in their right mind would live there if he made things that way! oye!

I'm guessing Keene doesn't have a Tenants Union? My hometown in Illinois had one, see this. Maybe student gov't could start one up, if there isn't one already in existence.
