I'm okay. Just okay but I'm okay with just feeling okay. Because I feel done with denying my emotions or being critical of them. But the difference is even as I feel heartbroken (still, yes) on occasion, it doesn't have to encompass everything I feel. And I still feel like the world is a very interesting place. Why oh why must I feel this tired? Not fun. At least I easily got my flat tire fixed for fairly cheap. I love when things are as easy as you think they should be. I love my bed. Especially my duvet. It is so soft and warm I can sleep in pj shorts and t-shirt. I don't think I've ever had such a soft and warm duvet until I moved here. I grew up with sheets and blankets. It just feels like a lovely cocoon and makes for a better start to the day. And a good end. I think I now need a great duvet for the rest of ( Read more... )

I feel like I'm going into a more social phase. Sometimes being social energizes me more than other times. I still feel I prefer really small groups or one-on-one to bigger groups though. I feel soooo good. Except for one day, it has been a while since I have felt like I will go to bed satisfied with life. I wonder if this is partly hormonal. I felt quite down in the week before my period in December. And now it came again after only 22 days and I felt quite down just before it. Today was less boring than yesterday. Yay!

Well, it started out boring but I started to feel determined to not be bored and lazy. At first I was lazy and just read some of a blog by a woman who's volunteering in the Congo. Interesting but not riveting.
