My last bit of nicotine was 14 days ago.....the first week was no problem, as the pain meds from surgery blunted the need to smoke. The second week has been rough. I know about the stress part only too well. I'm having to quit because I'm about to have some surgery (long story) and a surgeon won't touch me as long as I'm smoking. Chantix is the only thing that worked for me in the past, but the doctor back then only gave me a one month supply, and it's a 3 month regimen. And that's far from the only stressor in my life right now.

Me, I'm doing ok, lots of changes since we last "spoke", geographically anyway.
The spouse and I are living in the mountains, and the girl child and her family are in Japan O_O Skype is my new best friend. Other than that, it's more of the same old thing, just getting through one day at a time.
Sorry to hear that the stresses in your life are numerous. Sending positive vibes your way in hopes that the list begins shrinking, at least as far as negative stresses...any good stresses, we want to hang on to :-)
