Asian Chicken Stir-Fry

What you need:

• 2 chicken breasts, skin on.
  
• 2 cups chopped bok choy. Separate the leafy greens from the white stalks.
  
• 1 sweet red bell bepper, julienned
  
• 1 medium onion, diced
  
• 5 cloves of oven-roasted garlic, mashed
  
• 3 whole dried red chiles (optional, but come on you pansy, you can take it)
  
• 1 tbsp of fish sauce (that's right

Yeah, me too! I lurves all food though. I like making pasta too...give me my pasta put and my non-stick skillet and a sharp knife and I am one happy, happy camper.
