So I'm reading The Road by Cormac McCarthy and I'm not even an eighth of the way through it and it's already getting me to write this. Apocalyptic and post-apocalyptic stories frighten me. Great irony--the word solved on Wheel of Fortune (I have my TV on behind me) was "The Greatest Country in the World"--right as Arthur, Matt, and Kiku see Alfred for the first time. Ouch.
