Anyways, last real chapter here! Next will be a (hopefully) miniscule epilogue.

That was awesome~~
Wartime!Lithuania and the little confrontation he had with Russia is very well written by you!
And America admitting that it "wasn't just an affair" really made me go "d'awwww..."

Thank you so much!! ((blush)) :>

Russia's hard, true. His character when I write him goes between drunk and mad, and still having him stay true to the country's actions...that kind of throws paranoia into the mix, too. It makes it hard to figure out why he does things, when I write him. (weird, right?)

I'm glad you like it!!! Thanks for the comment...I really appreciate crit like this. <3333

I only got into the Hetalia fandom around noon yesterday (spent hours watching the anime and looking up scanlations before work, lol), but I've fallen quite insanely hard. So obviously I've only read a handful of Hetalia fanfiction in this short amount of time, but I felt like I should let you know that this is the best I've read in the fandom yet, and one of the best in any fandom I've read previously.

Excellent character development, amazing dialogue and prose in general, and so many neat little details that I just ate up (Alfred's back hurting during the earthquake <333). And I LOVED all the historic and cultural references! I'm a sucker for well-researched stories, I'll admit it, and the footnotes were the icing on the cake. Wonderful fic AND the opportunity to learn? Heaven.

(and the fangirl in me wants you to know that every inisight into Ivan's character or description of him and such made me squeeee <333 ( ... )

8D!!! Thank you so much! I appreciate the comment. I'm really enjoying writing this, and I definitely won't stop after this fic is over--there's all of history to write about, after all. :D

Welcome to the fandom, by the way--I think you'll enjoy it! <3
