It is nice. Might be better if you'd get the back shorter a bit.
Is it lighter blonde now? Can't really see, but white, platinum really works for this style and for your skin tone as well.
Did you get it razor-cut this time? You could get the ends jagged, shattered ends, similarly to those amazingly done bangs.
