It's snowing. In Texas, in February. What's more, it snowed most of last night, and a lot of it stuck. I haven't been out to measure it, but it looks like at least an inch and possibly two inches of fluffy snow on the ground. I also see icicles hanging from the roof, about 3-4 inches long. Ain't THAT the truth. It's even sadder that many Houston drivers haven't even learned how to deal with driving in the rain...in a city with almost as much rainfall as Seattle.
