TVD 8.15 - We're Planning a June Wedding
I enjoyed this episode.
I was disappointed that Katherine didn't show, but I enjoyed the wedding all the same. Caroline looked so lovely - her hair, her makeup, her dress were all perfect. She and Stefan looked so happy, and I was actually surprised when they got all the way through the ceremony without either one of them getting gutted.
Her kids are so freaking cute and adorable.
Bonnie looked gorgeous, as always, and if she really is dead I will be pissed. I so want to see a reunion between her, Caroline and Elena.
I can't believe that Damon officiated the wedding ceremony. It was silly and hilarious.
I felt bad for Alaric. His last wedding ended up with the bride bleeding to death on the floor and now his former fiance is married to someone else. His monologue about how loss brought them all together was poingant and beautifully delivered. Well done, show.
I enjoyed seeing Matt's mom again. I know she's never been a fan favorite, but I always found her amusing and oddly sympathetic.
Are there really only two episodes left? If Katherine doesn't make an appearance in the next one I will be sorely disappointed.
