Well, today starts week 4 for me in the Insanity program. I don't have much to write, but so far the results are going well.
The week itself went well. Had an off day mid-week but overall it wasn't much concern. I will be weighing in at the end of Week 4. That technically ends the first month of the program.

Irritated over loose jeans? I'd be doing back flips of happiness. No doubt you'll make your goal.
I've been doing a bit of the same as far as portion control. They say bread and cheese is bad for you but I love both so now I just have them occasionally and in reduced portions. Drinking more water too to the point that I reach for it before other things.
Keep up the great work and the awesome posts. They inspire me to keep on!
