“You what?!”

Ryeowook looked at him in disbelief after he heard what Kyuhyun just told him. Luckily the glass of hot coffee he made for Kyuhyun was already put on the table, if it wasn’t it might have landed on the floor instead. Kyuhyun’s lips clamped tightly together, knowing that Ryeowook would blabber about how wrong the thing he did and it could take a couple of hours, retorting back at him would only extend his nag to all day.

“Kyuhyunnie, you know that’s wrong!”

Here it comes. Kyuhyun thought as he rolled his eyes and Ryeowook smacked his shoulder.

“Don’t roll your eyes on me.” He warned, trying to sound threatening and fierce, but failed miserably.

“I just want to make him speak.” Kyuhyun murmured.

“And that was one effective way to make him speak, Kyuhyunnie. Really effective.” Ryeowook said sarcastically.

Kyuhyun sipped his coffee and glanced at Ryeowook over his steaming coffee. He sighed and put the glass back on the dining table, tapping his fingers and pouting his lips in annoyance.

“I’m coming here not for asking an advice. I just need someone to listen.”

“Yeah and you know I won’t just listen and will give you a piece of my mind but look who’s the one that will show up in front of my door every time he has a problem and the next thing I knew, that certain person will spill everything to me.”

Kyuhyun gaped at Ryeowook who was now grinning innocently and wriggling his eyebrows. Seriously this guy really knew him inside out to the point that sometimes Kyuhyun even thought Ryeowook knew about himself more than he was.

“Now you must apologize to Sungmin.” Ryeowook pointed out.

“I don’t apologize to people.” Kyuhyun said airily, earning another smack, on the head this time, from Ryeowook. “Geez! Why are you so violent?!”

“Kyuhyunnie, I know you and I suggest you to apologize to him, by hook or by crook.”

Kyuhyun averted his sight to his glass of coffee and frowned, mind flying somewhere beyond the cloud of steam that soared over his glass.

--

“Sungmin, talk to me.” Kyuhyun ordered.

Sungmin just kept silent.

Kyuhyun glowered at Sungmin and rolled his eyes when the other guy diverted his eyes to his shoes which he suddenly found much more interesting to stare at.

At least his shoes couldn’t glower at him the way Kyuhyun did.

--

Kyuhyun couldn’t use violent attempts anymore because like Ryeowook had said last time, he won’t talk with your violent methods, Kyuhyunnie. Try something softer.

Undeniably, he had never used soft ways when he interacted with people. And now Ryeowook told him to do that? That was pretty much like trying to order your cat to eat with a spoon and a fork.

So here they were, standing at the front of a theme park which Kyuhyun had booked (yeah, you read that right, he booked the theme park for him alone because he hated crowd). They walked to a roller coaster part and forced Sungmin to ride it with him, silently smirking with the thought of Sungmin screaming his lungs out because of fear.

By the time they had finished the ride and got out from the area, Sungmin’s face was paper white and Kyuhyun got his brows knitted on his forehead.

This isn’t working, was the thing that crossed Kyuhyun’s head as he walked towards his car with Sungmin in tow.

--

“Why are you being like this?” Kyuhyun groaned and massaged the bridge of his nose; depression was obviously heard in his voice. They were standing in the middle of an empty corridor after their classes, Kyuhyun had cornered Sungmin when they were walking towards Sungmin’s locker.

“Sungmin, look at me.” He said as he put both his hands each beside Sungmin’s head, trapping the guy with his hands and body.

Sungmin tried to look to his side but Kyuhyun’s hand immediately caught his chin and tilted it up. Fuck with gentle ways, that’s so not him.

“Talk or I’ll make you talk with my tongue.” He breathed against Sungmin’s quivering lips and move forwards when there were no words escaped Sungmin’s lips.

Kyuhyun leaned closer and brushed their lips, “So you want a kiss, huh.” And crashed their lips together. Kyuhyun moved his lips and nibbled hard at Sungmin’s bottom one, making the other guy cracked his lips opened due to pain.

A tongue quickly shoved its way down Sungmin’s mouth, meeting his own tongue and trying to coax him to fight back with a same fervor but Sungmin stayed impassive as ever, though he was a bit trembling.

Kyuhyun pulled back when he felt a tight desperate tug at the front of his shirt. Sungmin looked like he was holding himself back, eyes were a tone darker and Kyuhyun wondered, was that a look of hatred or lust?

His sanity had completely gone when he felt Sungmin traced his left hand up his side, his feathery touch leaving trails of tingles there, making his body tensed in anticipation.

“No..not here.”

--

He dragged the smaller guy into his room and closed the door with his right foot. Slightly panting, he pulled the other guy by his wrist and threw him harshly to his soft, bouncy bed. The other guy tried to get up but a firm grasp on his shoulder holding him still on the bed.

Kyuhyun gripped Sungmin’s thighs tightly as he went down and attacked his neck with kisses and licked it sensually, trying to make Sungmin let out some moans but no; not even a single whimper left his pretty plump lips. Feeling annoyed and desperate to make Sungmin eliciting some voice, Kyuhyun lifted his hand and unbuttoned Sungmin’s shirt slowly, lips still attached to Sungmin’s neck.

“Still not going to let out a single moan..?” Kyuhyun muttered against Sungmin’s neck, sucking on a spot near Sungmin’s neck and making the latter shivered. “You like that don’t you?” Kyuhyun pulled back a bit to see Sungmin’s face and smirked when he saw Sungmin’s half-lidded eyes; his cheeks were flushed and Kyuhyun didn’t know why but he liked it.

For seconds Kyuhyun stayed still and stared at Sungmin with a tender look, his hand caressing Sungmin’s cheek with his soft touch. He leaned back once again and this time, he placed a kiss on Sungmin’s lips gently. Kyuhyun could feel his heart was beating fast the moment his lips touched Sungmin’s soft one. The kiss was slow and it was painfully breathtaking, causing Kyuhyun to lean even closer and took a gentle hold on Sungmin’s nape to get more of Sungmin’s sweet lips.

But unexpectedly, Kyuhyun snapped and abruptly got up.

This isn’t right.

Kyuhyun moved to sit on the edge of his bed, his back facing Sungmin. “You.. Just.. Just go back now.”

Sungmin got up from the bed and slowly walked in front of Kyuhyun, buttoning his shirt up and stared confusedly at the brunet.

Kyuhyun flashed his eyes upwards when he felt Sungmin still staring at him and shouted.

“Get out now! Go back by yourself!” he stood up and hauled Sungmin to his front door, picking Sungmin’s bag on the way.

Kyuhyun stopped for a while seeing Sungmin’s eyes flashed hurt and pain before he closed his door with a heavy heart.

He dropped his body on his bed and inhaled; Sungmin’s scent still lingered there, making his heart even heavier with a feeling he already realized but didn’t want to acknowledge.

He was scared.

He could feel that he was no longer the usual him, the old Kyuhyun.

He wanted to caress Sungmin’s soft cheeks everytime the guy munching on something and made his cheeks puffed cutely.

He wanted to hug that fragile body everytime he saw Sungmin trembling in fear.

He wanted to kiss Sungmin’s pain away everytime he cried and clutched his hand at the hem of Kyuhyun’s school blazer.

He was slowly falling into those brown orbs that would stare back at him every time their gazes met and he couldn’t help it.

It was unexpected but he knew it; he had already trapped in something called love.

--

The bell rang just in time he felt his stomach screaming for food. Finally the school was over and he immediately arranged his stuff and put them into his bag. He waited until all the students were already out and after 15 minutes, he made his way outside and headed to his locker.

He was walking peacefully in quietness, most of the students had already gone considering it was Friday, but stopped abruptly when he saw the person he wanted to avoid the most standing at the other end of the corridor.

Kyuhyun.

When he saw Kyuhyun moved and started to come near, he retreated back and quickly turned around, running away from Kyuhyun.

Kyuhyun was startled with Sungmin’s sudden move and yelled,”Hey! Wait!!” and chased Sungmin when he didn’t seem to stop.

“I said stop!!” Kyuhyun half-shouted and grabbed Sungmin’s wrist when he could finally caught up with him.

Still panting, Sungmin tried to pry Kyuhyun’s hand away but Kyuhyun just tightened his grip on the latter’s wrist. He was scared stiff and powerless; he tried his best to pull his hand away and gave light punches on Kyuhyun’s chest but his feeble attempts gained nothing; Kyuhyun was too strong for him.

After trying another set of weak punches to push Kyuhyun away, he dropped his free hand and bowed his head when all of a sudden, he felt Kyuhyun’s hand on his hips and the next thing he knew, Kyuhyun was lifting him bridal style.

Kyuhyun’s face was so close, so close that he could feel Kyuhyun’s minty breath slowly creeping up his nostrils. He could see those penetrating brown eyes boring holes right into his. He quickly tore his sight away and tried to struggle in Kyuhyun’s arms to make the latter let him down.

Groaning, Kyuhyun snapped,”Stop wriggling like a worm or I’ll kiss you!”

Those words made Sungmin stopped and gaped at Kyuhyun in panic and a slight fear.

Feeling Sungmin completely still and frozen, he smirked to the latter and said, “Good boy. Now we need to talk.”

---

Kyuhyun had Sungmin in the passenger seat beside him while he’s driving comfortably. Sungmin’s face looks anxious, as Kyuhyun didn’t tell him before where did he want to take Sungmin to.  Kyuhyun’s face was stoic-which only made Sungmin fidgeted in his seat. Suddenly the window next to Sungmin opened, earning some breezy winds to hit Sungmin’s uneasy face. He shifted a bit, before finally enjoying it-he had his eyes fluttered, his warm chocolate orbs covered by his single eyelids by the time he felt very comfortable.

After what seemed like hours-for Sungmin-out of the blue Kyuhyun parked his car, in where seemed like the foot of the mountain. Sungmin slowly blinked, still feeling drowsy while Kyuhyun got out of the car, motioning Sungmin to follow him. He walked behind Kyuhyun timidly.

He finally realized that the place Kyuhyun had brought him to was a zoo. There’s only a few of people there, considering that the place was a bit far from the town, plus it’s not a really famous one where people love to visit.

Sungmin whipped his head around silently, trying to find any hint of why Kyuhyun had brought him here on the first hand.

But before he could do anything or ran away in fear, Kyuhyun had gripped his wrist once again and pulled him inside the zoo.

They spent an hour walking around the zoo doing nothing, and at the end Kyuhyun pulled Sungmin to sit down with him on one of the benches. He let go of Sungmin’s wrist and dive his hand into his bag to get his handkerchief, wanting to wipe a drying stain on his arm when a kid bumped her ice cream on his arms earlier. He raised his eyebrows and found a small pack wrapped in plastic and tied with pink ribbon. There’s a note on it and he quickly read it down.

Lollipops can make your mood better, Kyuhyunnie~ Share them with Sungmin-ssi too. ^^

As per usual, Kyuhyun had shown up at the front of Ryeowook’s door again last night after he told Sungmin to go away. Ryeowook had smacked him countless time last night until he threatened he would burn all Ryeowook’s giraffe plushies which finally could make the other stopped.

Kyuhyun bit his lips amusedly and unwrapping the gift. He took one of the lollipops, sloppily unwrapped the plastic around it and plopped it into his mouth, playing the lollipop in his mouth with his tongue.

Sungmin had been staring at Kyuhyun for some time in silence; at last Kyuhyun took the lollipop out of his mouth, and looked at Sungmin.

“You want some?” asked Kyuhyun, indicating the lollipop he held in his hand.

This was not an encouraging opening for a conversation. Kyuhyun cleared his throat and said again, rather shyly, “I hardly know about this lollipop, you see, I think it’s just a present-from Ryeowook.”

Sungmin, as per usual, only nodded in silence and turned his eyes to his fingers, fiddling with the hem of his school blazer absentmindedly. Kyuhyun glanced at Sungmin from the corner of his eye and held back his chuckles when he saw Sungmin’s bow-shaped lips formed a pout without him even realizing.

After a few minutes of stealing some glances on Sungmin’s lips, Kyuhyun sighed inaudibly and looked ahead; the lollipop he sucked on earlier had been completely forgotten and neglected on the spot beside him.

“About yesterday...” he trailed off.

Sungmin’s fiddling fingers stopped their activity and froze when he heard Kyuhyun’s voice picked out a conversation about last night.

“Umm...I didn’t mean it. Well, yeah..” Kyuhyun muttered.

He sighed exasperatedly. Kyuhyun thought that the only way to get over this problem was to put your fingers to it and not by words. So he turned to Sungmin.

“Look ahead.” Said Kyuhyun.

Sungmin tilted his head slightly to the side and slowly looked ahead, a readable curiosity plastered on his face. He looked ahead and stayed still, but jumped slightly in shock when something soft and gentle landed on his right cheek.

It was unbelievably short Sungmin could barely even react and when he turned his head to look at Kyuhyun, he already stood up, his right hand scratched his nape awkwardly.

“Uh.. let’s go back now.” He murmured as he started to walk away back to the parking area.

Sungmin stood up and followed Kyuhyun right beside him. Kyuhyun didn’t grip his wrist this time but when Sungmin casted a glance at the man walking a bit ahead before him, he couldn’t help but smiled, seeing Kyuhyun’s cheeks tainted with adorable pinkish blush.

--

Back then Kyuhyun just really didn’t take it seriously, but surprisingly, they got along well. Kyuhyun still had Sungmin led him into his class every morning but now Kyuhyun would always wait for Sungmin after his classes for the day ended.

They would eat their lunch together now, spending their time eating together under the shadowy part of the big tree in their school backyard because Sungmin didn’t like the crowded and noisy canteen.

“You’re underweight.”

Sungmin looked up with his chopsticks were still on the tip of his mouth. Kyuhyun stared at him and shifted closer to Sungmin and put his canteen’s lunch set in front of him. “You need to eat more. Here, eat mine. I’m not hungry.” But it seemed like God wanted to teach him to be honest because his stomach growled loudly after he said the words.

He gawked at his stomach and cursed silently knowing his stomach just betrayed him. Sungmin looked at him with a blank look, eyes slightly bigger than usual. Slowly and gently, he pushed Kyuhyun’s lunch box back in front of him and stared at him with his bigger-than-usual-eyes, making Kyuhyun wanted to pinch that cute face if not for the embarrassment he felt at the moment.

“I said you eat it! I’m not hungry.” he pouted and crossed his arms, looking away. “I will get angry if you won’t eat it.”

The reason of Kyuhyun’s stubbornness was that he saw Sungmin’s lunch box and felt something tugging at his heart. Sungmin had brought his own lunch box because canteen’s lunch sets were all too expensive for him. Kyuhyun thought Sungmin’s lunch box might look similar with canteen’s lunch set but he was really surprised to find Sungmin’s lunch box only consisted of five pieces of kimbap and two slices of eggs.

The pout on his lips ceased when he felt a light tap on his shoulder and he looked back. What he found was Sungmin holding his chopsticks with a slice of beef and slowly shoved it into Kyuhyun’s mouth. Kyuhyun persistently kept his mouth shut but a single look of Sungmin’s sad face he found himself hesitantly open his lips and took the beef into his mouth.

“You should eat too.” Kyuhyun said and took a piece of beef with his fork and fed Sungmin.

Sungmin smiled and took the beef into his mouth. They spend their lunch time feeding each other with a smile playing on Kyuhyun’s lips and a comfortable expression on Sungmin’s face.

--

“This is getting worse..” the guy said while biting his nails in worry. “He’s getting more attached.”

“Relax, baby. Maybe we can find another solution? You could tell by his face that he feels happy with that mute guy.” A sweet-sounding voice answered from behind him and soon, the owner of the voice circled his arms on the latter’s slender waist.

“This is my fault, I shouldn’t have been mentioning about that mute guy on the first place.”

“Why, it’s not your fault. It’s their faith which united them like this.”

“No.” he shook his head while biting his nail. “No, I have to break them apart. Kyuhyun will be more hurt if he ever knows the truth.”

--

It was Yesung’s birthday and the ever so eccentric guy had invited his friends for a little birthday party at his house. Kyuhyun was invited too, of course, but one thing all their friends didn’t expect was that Kyuhyun had tagged Sungmin along with him, knowing that Sungmin was afraid of people he didn’t know.

“So you brought your mute boyfriend with you, huh?” Heechul said airily, throwing a hateful gaze to Sungmin’s direction which made Sungmin lowered his head terrified.

“He’s harmless, don’t be so uptight.” Kyuhyun growled and frowned to Heechul.

“Looks can be deceiving.” Heechul said, shrugging.

There was an intense heavy air in the room as Kyuhyun and Heechul had their eyes glared to each other in full hatred.

“Come on guys, we’re here not to fight.” Ryeowook suddenly whined, breaking the cold ice of his two Kyuhyunnies. “Just stay away from each other you two.” He said while hauling Kyuhyun and Sungmin to the living room while Hankyung had dragged his princess to the mini bar.

“That bitch is really annoying.” Kyuhyun cursed under his breath after they reach the living room which was right beside the room Yesung used for his mini party.

“Kyuhyunnie!” Ryeowook hissed and looked at Sungmin apologetically while Sungmin just simply nodded back.

Kyuhyun just clucked his tongue and wrapped an arm around Sungmin’s waist. He could feel Sungmin tensed but he didn’t care. His anger was boiling up and he needed something to distract his mind from that freaking bi- from Heechul- and that one person who could help him was Sungmin.
