:D - as of timeskip, I am increasingly enamoured of the idea of SakuNaru as the cornerstone upon which healthy SakuSasu can be built (and of course NaruSasu. But even though Naruto is the one most likely to make Sasuke do things in the heat of the moment, somehow I see Sasuke reaching out for Sakura as more likely. Just because he has the least amount of violent twistiness with her, so he can let his guard down a bit more. So if I were to write a sequel from Sasuke's POV, it would have more Sasu-->Naru, but all of that is bottled up in the cold bastard & Naruto does not have the best track record of reading people, so.)

I couldn't get to this right away with Internet being gone, but it was so worth it. I love your Naruto. And how much he loves Sakura and the strange sort of love for Sasuke and how they all love each other and this line:

And how much he loves SakuraThat was one of my favorite parts of writing this. I don't write untempered romance much, but sometimes it hits me in all the right ways; and no, Naruto's not the most romantic character; he's irrevelant and blunt and stubborn and (I see him as) roughly sexual, but for Sakura, I think underneath it all, there would be just SO MUCH love, love he can express in all its grandiose, sometimes tender, sometimes fierce, scale. (For Sasuke, he can't quite put it into the words he can find for Sakura; his love for him is more expressed in actions - not that his for Sakura isn't, but the words are there for her too

I agree. One of my favorite parts of the series is how much Naruto loves Sakura, how much it means to him that she loves him back. They're not as messy or intense as NaruSasu or SasuSaku, so they don't often interest me as much, but like you, I do like a NaruSaku in an all about Sasuke way that doesn't forget they lvoe each other.

In fact there should be more fics like that. I'll write one once I get my NaruSaku fic done. In which it's not implied NaruSasuSaku. And it's pretty hard.

I say yes to a sequal. Sasuke with bondage with another NaruSaku leaning would be awesome.
